In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing Health and Fitness programs, managing staff training, recruitment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our group fitness timetable. You will oversee program evaluation and KPI tracking, maintain high standards of equipment, and handle customer feedback.
Additionally, you will regularly lead group fitness classes and cover shifts as needed. Essential Qualifications: Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent).AUSActive accreditation in Gym Instruction, Group Fitness, and Personal Training.Previous fitness management experience.Senior First Aid Certificate.Working with Children's Check.National Police Clearance.WA "C" Class Driver's License.If you're passionate about health and fitness and have strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
