Full-time Temporary Closes: 11 November 2024 Details: Children's Education and Care Assurance (CECA) is seeking to fill an Education and Care Sector Assistant Director, Educate and Inform temporary position.
As part of The Strategy, Innovation and Response team, the Educate and Inform Assistant Director will conceptualise and implement communication and engagement opportunities for regulated entities and key stakeholders.
What you will do: Promote the National Quality Framework to stakeholders and encourage high quality and consistent delivery of early childhood education and care in the ACT. Undertake planning, development, delivery and reporting of strategic communication and engagement priorities. Develop, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery of stakeholder professional development opportunities and forums to support strategy and probability of stakeholders receiving, understanding, retaining, and acting on information. Analyse stakeholder trends in collaboration with team members to maximise strategic communication and engagement outcomes. Coordinate essential deliverables, such as targeted content for a range of communication channels. Prepare high-level documents such as briefs, correspondence, and reports. Expand and maintain engagement with stakeholders using contemporary communication and engagement strategies. Eligibility/Other Requirements: To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in developing and implementing communication and engagement strategies. Comprehensive knowledge of the early childhood education and care sector and the National Quality Framework. Highly developed written, oral, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have qualifications in either Communications and/or Early Childhood Education and Care.
