About the position This position will provide expert advice on course management systems and support institutional course governance processes for courses and subjects.
Responsibilities include maintaining the professional accreditation register in liaison with Schools, offering administrative support for course and subject governance in close collaboration with Course Management Advisors and Student Administration.
This position also involves the day-to-day management of CourseLoop and the Handbook, facilitating course and subject data for various institutional quality assurance and compliance processes.
Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will possess demonstrated evidence of the following:
A degree with subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and/or experience in course and subject data management and governanceStrong interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to engage effectively with academic and administrative staffExcellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and show initiativeDemonstrated high level proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and an ability to adapt to new IT environmentsPlease refer to the Position Description for other duties, essential skills and knowledge required for this position.
