This newly created position offers a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to lead growth, deliver high-quality services, and provide supervision and peer support as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.*** Please note that this role is based in Townsville and relocation package is offered for candidates open to moving for this position***Key responsibilities include:Lead and collaborate with a range of stakeholders that support people to achieve their goals and improve their community participation.Implement and review therapy needs, develop intervention plans and strategies with clients, family, carers, and their service providers.Manage sensitive enquiries, specialist services and complex supportsProvide peer support and development opportunities including clinical supervision and learning and development needs.Proactively work with the Allied Health Manager and other senior clinicians to support the Royal Rehab LifeWorks strategy.Actively promote and lead the Royal Rehab LifeWorks service offerings and in particular the occupational therapy service.About youWe are seeking an individual whose passion for delivering high-quality supports, and finding the right team fit, aligns with ours!
