Job DescriptionAs a Senior Occupational Therapist at Down South Therapy, your responsibilities will extend beyond managing an independent caseload to leading a team of Occupational Therapists, providing them with supervision and guidance. Depending on your expertise and areas of passion, you may also head one of DST's specialist teams.
In this role, you will work closely with individuals, families, and key stakeholders to develop personalised therapy plans, providing both 1:1 and group support across all age groups—children, teenagers, and adults. Your work will be part of a transdisciplinary team effort to craft holistic therapy plans for both school-based and home-based interventions.
