Based at the vibrant hub of Kogarah, you'll work across the local catchment area, collaborating with existing CAMHS and youth mental health teams.

Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and registration with AHPRA and demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning.Extensive post-graduate clinical experience in occupational therapy and mental health, with demonstrated experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, young people and their families in a systemic way.Excellent negotiation, decision-making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.Demonstrated ability to provide high-level clinical advice, education and support to others in providing service excellence.Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a novel, complex or critical nature.Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes.Demonstrated active participation in developing, implementing, and reporting on services.Current driver's licence and willingness to travel in accordance with the position.Our CORE Values are Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment and have been created by employees for employees and help define how we work and inspire positive interactions in the workplace.
