About your role: As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team providing supports to NDIS participants.
Accordingly, we are looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist who wants to work for a company where professional development and career progression is a reality. You'll bring expertise, maturity and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.
Responsibilities include: Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life Mentor graduates and early career clinicians Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance What's in it for you? Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists A genuine passion for working in the disability sector Sounds like you?
