About the Role Weare looking for an Occupational Therapist to join us infostering a positive and supportive environment for NDIS Participantsand their families. Within this role you will provide comprehensiveOccupational Therapist assessments, therapeutic interventions andreports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home,clinic and community settings. You will regularly review and evaluatethe progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary toensure optimal outcomes.

Youwill collaborate and communicate effectively with parents/care givers,teachers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure acoordinated approach. We will offer you a unique senior support structure that provides you with the flexibility to either work as a generalist or tailor your caseload to meet your needs in a specific area:

As a dedicated professional in Occupational Therapy, she embarked on her journey with National 360 in 2018 as a graduate occupational therapist. Over the years, she has steadily progressed through the ranks, attaining the roles of Supervisor Level 1 and Supervisor Level 2, before assuming the position of Team Leader for the South West team in 2021. My extensive experience encompasses a diverse range of clients, including adult and paediatric NDIS clients and aged care clients. Her  primary focus remains on empowering and guiding therapists to reach their utmost potential, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.

About You Welike to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapistson board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for ourtherapists which are:

Tertiary qualifications in OccupationalTherapy
Minimum 1 year experience workingas an Occupational Therapist within the private or publicsector
AHPRARegistration
NDISWC / WWCC (orwillingness to apply)
Ability to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations basedon State Government requirements (or applicable exemption)
