Senior Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services with a focus on supporting individuals under the NDIS framework.Provide tailored support for clients, including children, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans.Opportunity to supervise and mentor junior therapists (preferred but not required).Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.Current AHPRA registration.Minimum of 2 years of experience, including exposure to NDIS.Strong communication skills and a passion for working with diverse client groups.Paediatric experience is ideal but not mandatory.What's on Offer: Competitive salary: AUD$85-110K per annum.Superannuation (retirement fund).Travel allowance and reimbursement of flight costs (up to AUD$15K).Professional Development Allowance: AUD$3K/year.Generous sign-on bonuses (up to AUD$10K).A supportive and collaborative work environment.Ready to Join Us?
