As a Senior Adult OT at Talk Health Therapy , you'll spend your time helping NDIS participants live fuller, more independent lives—all while working locally, within 30 minutes of your home. You'll be supported by a multidisciplinary team of seasoned professionals, including a senior paediatric OT, who share your passion for empowering people in the community.

What's On Offer: Up to $110,000 + super + performance bonuses based on your experience. A company car, and laptop (Mazda CX30 or equivalent). Flexibility to set your own schedule and work autonomously. What You'll Do: Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help improve clients' daily lives. Prescribe equipment and recommend home modifications to promote client independence. Suggest and trial Assistive Technology solutions that enhance functional capacity. Collaborate with clients, their families, medical practitioners, and other healthcare professionals. Keep thorough, accurate case notes and reports to ensure high-quality care. What You'll Bring: A degree in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration . At least 3 years of experience working with adult NDIS participants. A valid driver's licence . Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients from all walks of life.
