The successful candidate will provide therapeutic services to a range of designated NDIS participants utilising a strength-based service model.
What to expect on a daily basis
Working from our dynamic Brisbane office, this opportunity will see you supporting NDIS participants through a range of assessments, interventions and ongoing compacity building therapies. Complete case management notes and reports on participant services whilst liaising and collaborating with participants families, medical practitioners and allied health professionals as required.
