Job Description As a growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multidisciplinary team providing supports to NDIS participants living in the south west Sydney region. Responsibilities will include: Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner with the assistance of an Occupational Therapy Assistant Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life Mentor graduates and early career clinicians Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance What's in it for you?
