About the role: Provide high quality therapy services to adult clients in the community Conduct Assessments and implement subsequent intervention Investigation of housing options + home modification recommendations Guidance, support, and leadership of Junior Therapists (if of interest). Prescription of equipment and assistive technologies Capacity Building Independence Programs to improve functional independence Case management notes and reporting About you: Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration) Some clinical Occupational Therapy experience required A positive, professional, and friendly manner High level reporting skills Driver's license and a car Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children check and Police Check.
