The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Senior Network Engineer who will work as part of a team to manage and maintain Network services across the ANZ group.
The Primary purpose of this role is to: Support and maintain routing and switching network services (Cisco, HP) (SD WAN)Support and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls (Palo Alto)Support and maintain Cloud Networks (Megaport, AWS)Maintain technical documentation and diagramsProvide Support for all network-related issues (Incidents/Service requests/Change)Provide expert advice at the Technical Design meetings and raise awareness of existing standards and current systems.Deploy complex network solutions across IT/OT InfrastructureConfiguration of firewalls, routing & switching to maximise network efficiency and securitySupport the development of the technology strategy and framework that's in line with the long-term GF goals.Contribute to the definition and validation of architecture principles and standards about Application and Infrastructure architecture standards.What you will bring: 5 years proven experience in Network Infrastructure rolesA CCNA Certification highly desirableStrong network troubleshooting skills and understanding of complex traffic flowExperience managing WAN / LANExperience with SDWAN solutions like VMWare VelocloudExperience managing Firewalls (ASA/Palo Alto)Expert level competency in Wintel platformsStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholdersWhat to expect from us: We value our people at Goodman Fielder and recognize that our success depends on our ability to attract and retain talented people.
