As a result, we are currently seeking experienced and committed Senior Network Engineers with a CCIE qualification to work in our project teams on a diverse range of projects.In this role, you will undertake duties including, but not limited to the following:Work as part of multidiscipline engineering teams to deliver complex communications projectsHigh level and detailed network design, equipment configurations and integration for a variety of different applicationsHands on work on multiple vendors' routing, switching, Wi-Fi and firewall equipment in our testing facilities for proofs of concept and factory acceptance testingImplement client network and security configurations from low level designs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders on security requirements and implementation.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve serious service incidents, including hardware & software faults.Provide consulting to clients to optimise existing networks and identify new and innovative solutions.To be considered for this opportunity you must possess the following skills and experience:A minimum of 5 years' experience in ICT or engineeringCurrent CCIE QualificationExperience working alongside service providers / integrators.Excellent understanding of Cisco routing, switching and Wi-FiStrong understanding of the following routing technologies: IP/MPLS, DMVPN, BGP4 and OSPF.Demonstrable knowledge, configuration and support of network security products to include Cisco ASA Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Nexus, F5 load balancers, Cisco ACS, Cyberoam and PCI-DSSImplementation and support knowledge of network management systems, including support of SNMP, Netflow and Syslog protocols.Ability to create professional documentation illustrating network design concepts & solutions.Highly developed written skills with demonstrated experience in engineering report writing.The following credentials will be highly regarded:A Bachelor's degree in EngineeringCCIEOr the equivalent of the above in experienceHow to apply:If you have the qualities and experience highlighted above to fulfil this role, we encourage you to register your interest by clicking 'Apply Now' on this Ad.Please include your CV and Covering Letter, your confidentiality will be maintained.If you have any queries regarding this position, please contact HR direct via email on ******.
