Senior Network Architects - Defence Cloud Program

Our large federal government client is seeking 2 x Lead Network Architects who will contribute to building and uplifting Defence systems and support organisation elements for the introduction of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities.
The Network Architect will gather requirements, document a proposed solution, and provide guidance to Network Engineers on how the solution should be designed, built, configured and operated.
Solutions will fit in one or more of the disciplines of:
Enterprise Network ArchitectureGateway ArchitectureNetwork Security ArchitectureLAN Architecture, WAN ArchitectureData Centre Fabric ArchitectureVirtualisation Network Architecture including integration between those disciplines and with legacy networks.Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Terms: The initial contract is for 12 months with 2 X 12 month extension options.
Security Requirements: Be an Australian Citizen holding a current Positive Vetting (PV) security clearance. Or Be an Australian Citizen holding a current Negative Vetting 2 (NV2) security clearance and consent to undergo a Positive Vetting clearance process upon commencement in the role.
