Connect APAC are delighted to partner with a leader across Beauty, Health & Wellness - an organisation going through incredible growth, through innovation and acquisition.As a Senior National Account Manager (Woolworths), you will report into senior leadership, have full accountability across the entire portfolio (circa 150m). This is a newly created role due to recent acquisitions and will come with clear career progression opportunities as the business continues to expand.Key Responsibilities:Leading new product launches aligned with strategic marketing campaigns, to advance and increase distribution and sales velocity with Key Accounts.Lead the collaborative launch plans with National Key Accounts to support Consumer Brands portfolio.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to lead a cross-functional customer focused account plan.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly company net sales and margin targets.Develop proposals; negotiate terms and conditions and implements contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.Collaborate with the sales team and merchandising assets to deliver an outstanding result for both the customer and business.Key Requirements:Consumer Goods/FMCG experience essential.Ideally you have worked in the Beauty categoryMust come with Grocery NAM experience, ideally Woolworths or ColesAbility to work well and build relationships cross functionally with functions such as, Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance.Analytical with strong ability to utilise scan data - Circana/Quantium.Demonstrated success in high level negotiation outcomes. Proven ability to thrive, succeed and lead in matrix reporting structures and through periods of ambiguity.Excellent presentation, communication and consultative skills. Demonstrated joint business plan building and tracking.Excellent commercial acumen with strong capability in analysing data and sound ROI decision making.Interested applicants please apply using the link provided.
