As a Senior Mortgage Broker, you'll be at the heart of this mission, transforming financial possibilities for our clients.

This position is 100% remote from anywhere in Australia, with the option for hybrid work if you are near the Brisbane office.
You will need a reliable internet connection and be able to work on AEST (Brisbane time) to communicate with team members and clients.

What You'll Do
Lead and advise: Guide clients through mortgage options, particularly in SMSF purchases, refinancing, and acquisitions, tailored to their financial plans.
Collaborate strategically: Partner with our in-house advisors to deliver cohesive finance strategies that maximise client borrowing capacity and financial potential.
Build relationships: Proactively engage with a well-established client base, creating a strong pipeline and fostering long-term loyalty.
Drive team growth and excellence: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Enhance systems and processes: Design, implement, and refine systems that support our growth, streamline workflows, and elevate client experiences.

Experience and expertise: Over 10 years in mortgage broking with a track record of revenue growth, SMSF lending expertise, and team leadership.
Strategic and proactive: Results-driven with a knack for creating scalable systems and exceeding KPIs.

Qualifications
Required: Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred), membership with FBAA or MFAA.
