They foster a collaborative, supportive culture where everyone's contributions are respected and valued.What's in it for you?Marketing Leading Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + Commissions OTE > $200kExperienced Support: Work alongside a supportive Credit Team – They will help you free up time and write more loans!Award-Winning Culture: Join a company recognized as one of the industry's best, with accolades to prove it.Complex Scenarios: People come to Red Door because they are true experts; they deal with more complex deals – a lot of self-employed clients.Exposure: They write the most Commercial volume in Victoria – opportunity to work with the best of the best.What will you be doing?Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored mortgage solutions.Loan Structuring: Work with the credit team to ensure we are working on the best solutions for the client based on their unique circumstances - ensuring compliance with lender policies and guidelines.End-to-End Service: Guide clients through the mortgage process from initial consultation to settlement, maintaining clear and open communication.Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.Business Development: Connect with local Referral partners to drive new business through the doors.About You:Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mortgage broker.Exposure to Self Employed Deals – things like complex trusts and entities.Experience dealing with high volumes – track record of settling > $50 million in a financial year.
