THE ROLE As the Senior Monitoring Engineer (SCOm), you will provide the department with:
Support for the Windows Server Infrastructure.Technical advice to clients and other technical resources.Produce documentation, processes, procedures, and reports in line with departmental documentation standards.The ability to work outside the core support hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.The ability to perform on-call duties when rostered.Participate in team support rosters to provide support to our clients and ensure that the server infrastructure is operating without fault.MANDATORY Expert level experience with Windows Servers and Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM).High level of experience with Azure B2C and ADFS.High level of experience with PowerShell scripting.Experience with ITIL modelled Change and Release Management in a large enterprise setting.High level of experience with writing technical documentation.Experience administering Microsoft Office 365.HIGHLY DESIRABLE Experience with Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager.Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager.Experience with C#.Experience with Microsoft Conditional Access and Security Compliance methodologies.Microsoft Certifications around Server Administration and associated technologies.To be considered for the role, click the 'apply' button.
