This role will have a heavy focus on project work while helping the service desk team upskill and act as an escalation point for them. This role would suit a Senior EUC Engineer who is looking for that next step to gain exposure to owning a function and help build the long term strategy.The Role:Develop and manage MDM platforms - including the rollout of IntuneManage the configuration and deployments of new and existing software applicationsHelp train the IT Service Desk and act as a level 2/3 escalation pointManage asset inventory and lifecycle of hardware and operating systemsProvide EUC expertise for transformational projects - includes Intune rollout and SharePoint Migration.About You:5+ years of experience in a related role - EUC engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Support Engineer etc.Hands-on experience with Intune or related MDM technologiesAbility to manage internal stakeholders and implement new technologiesCore Technology - Intune, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktops, Mobile Phones (Android/iOS), POS systems, Windows LaptopsExcellent communication skills, and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.What's on Offer:$125k-$135k + Super + 10% BonusJoin an Australian household brand nameHybrid working - 3 days in the office (South-East Suburbs)Genuine Career development - take ownership of the EUC functionIf you're looking for your next opportunity, apply now!
