If you're looking for an opportunity to grow within a revitalised team and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.About the roleReporting to the Mining Manager, your responsibilities will include:Undertaking surveys of working areas and maintaining accurate records;Producing EOM surveys, calculations and reports for the technical services team;General site set outs and pick ups for pits, dumps, infrastructure and HSEC tasks;Developing and maintaining survey processes including data management for GPS-equipped machinery;Providing leadership and direction to the Mine Surveyor and Mine Technicians.About YouTo be considered for this role, you will require:5+ years mining experience, with a combination of open-pit and underground exposure viewed favourably;Survey hardware (Trimble R2/TSC7, RTK UAV) and software (Surpac/Deswik) skills essential;Grade 1 (Preferred) or Grade 2 (Minimum/Essential) Mine Surveyor's Certificate;Degree or Diploma in Mine Surveying;Prior experience in setting up survey functions and processes.This role is offered on a 15 days on 13 days off roster.Shortlisting for this role will commence immediately.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Mine Surveyor?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have open pit mining experience?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
