We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Mine Accountant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the finance function, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, and leading a team of accountants.
About the Role You will be responsible for:
Leading and coaching a team of accountants
Overseeing the finance function with focus on driving a high-performance culture
Collaborating with cross-functional departments to understand the operational and technical aspects of the industry
Thinking fast on your feet and employing analytical skills to interrogate data and identify patterns
Showcasing high proficiency in SAP and Excel usage
Applying both Management and Financial Accounting skills
Contributing to a supportive team culture that embraces change and process improvements
In this role, you will:
Acquire the skills to think fast on your feet
Develop your ability to interrogate data and understand "the why" by looking for patterns
Build your management and financial accounting skills

About You CA / CPA Qualified
Interest in numbers and processes, ideally with exposure to Forecasts and Budgets

Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
SAP and Xeras skills are desirable
