Senior Migration Lawyer

This role will work on a range of highly technical immigration matters such as labour agreements, compliance audits, legal advisory/consulting work, and work verification services.
Managing client expectations and providing strategic advice to tailor the commercial needs of the firm's clients.
Preparing and lodging visa applications and supporting documentation with the relevant government bodies across a range of visa subclasses.
Managing and monitoring applications until file closure.
Manage and mentor junior members of the team.
About You
Admission to practice in Australia.
Experience of working in a professional services environment.
Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
Strong technical knowledge with respect to the current Australian immigration laws and policy.
Sound understanding of corporate immigration and related visa categories is essential.
Ability to work in a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
