MSP or Vendor Experience is hugely preferable for this role.What You'll Be Doing:Lead the implementation of SharePoint migrations, Office 365 deployments, and cloud/on-prem migrations.Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange (On-Prem and Online), VMware/Hyper-V, and Veeam Backup technologies.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to execute technical delivery and ensure successful project outcomes.Oversee and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and ensure milestones are met.Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions to ensure system stability and performance.Conduct technical training for both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure knowledge transfer and successful solution adoption.What We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in Project Delivery within professional services organizations (preferably MSPs) or similar environments.Proven track record of delivering Microsoft-based projects, including:SharePoint migrationsOffice 365 migrations and implementationsOn-prem to cloud migrationsExchange migrations (On-prem and Online)Strong technical expertise in the following technologies:Microsoft AzureMicrosoft 365Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V)Exchange (On-Prem/Online)Infrastructure (Cloud/On-Prem)Dell product line
