About the programEACH is proud to be the Lead Agency of the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Suicide Prevention (MHAODSP) program, a new initiative delivering comprehensive, integrated, and person-centred care across the CCQ region (Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast).
The Youth Enhanced Services (YES) Program is a pivotal initiative, delivering personalized care to adolescents aged 12-18 through a combination of comprehensive therapies and multidisciplinary team approaches.
About the roleAre you passionate about making a difference in youth mental health? EACH is seeking a passionate Senior Mental Health Clinician to lead and deliver advanced psychological interventions within our YES Program.
You will play a crucial role in providing individual therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT), group treatments, and multidisciplinary team care to young individuals (12–18 years) facing severe mental health concerns.
Key responsibilities:

Lead and deliver specialist counselling for young individuals, focusing on severe mental illness
Supervise and mentor junior clinicians to maintain exceptional service standards
Exceed service targets and ensure accurate documentation of service delivery
Collaborate with local stakeholders for coordinated client care and develop referral pathways
Provide clinical leadership and contribute to clinical supervision sessions

About youYou bring a blend of dedication and extensive expertise in individual therapy to adolescents and young adults, demonstrating your deep understanding of mental health, trauma, and youth-related issues.
Your qualifications, skills, and experience also include:

A minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree and accreditation by the relevant governing body
Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness
Demonstrated strengths in clinical supervision and leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a collaborative team environment
