Senior Medical Secretary

Davis Recruitment is a specialist agency for the placement of Permanent Support Staff to the Medical/Healthcare Sector. Our client, an Orthopaedic Specialist Practice in Brisbane Private Spring Hill is actively seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Medical Secretary to join their supportive team. This is a full-time position for a Surgeon in a modern streamlined practice. The role will be Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30 pm.

This role will suit candidates with the following experience: Medical Receptionist experience in a Specialist surgical practice highly regarded Use of Medical Software and patient billing processing (Genie ideal) Patient record management (scanning etc) Ad hoc Medical Typing duties (mostly outsourced) Excellent communication and patient care skills To be considered, we are seeking applications from candidates who offer: Minimum 3 years in a Medical Secretarial role Ability to work in a supportive team environment High level communication skills Understanding of Medical Specialist Practice day to day running and a diligent work ethic Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30 pm.

Commencement Date: asap. However, we are also willing to wait for the right person to commence in the New Year.

Salary: $40-45 +/hr Super permanent (Negotiable). A car park will be provided 80% of the time. Brisbane Private is easily accessible via Central Train Station or buses to Spring Hill.
