THE OPPORTUNITYJoin an exciting, fast-paced and high-profile team as the Senior MSL – Lung Cancer where you will represent the scientific face of the company, engaging in communication with healthcare practitioners to translate the latest scientific and clinical evidence into clinical practice. This role will be based in the field where you will build strong, trusted peer-level relationships with thought leaders, clinical investigators and healthcare decision makers. RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate externally and internally to identify actionable insights and help shape the current and future treatment landscape in Lung Cancer, to ultimately improve patient outcomes. Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with KOLs and HCPs to address research, educational, and clinical needs aligned with business priorities. Communicate clinical and scientific data effectively, translating evidence to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain in-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge, including Johnson & Johnson products and other company products for the relevant disease state. Work within a cross-functional team to align and execute on medical strategies and deliver value to healthcare professionals, patients, and other external partners. Identify and address medical education needs through presentations, responses to inquiries, and the development of educational activities. Create and implement KOL Engagement plans. Partner with investigators on submission and initial assessment of investigator-initiated study concepts; provide scientific and clinical expertise to support clinical trial initiatives in line with Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Gather and share insights on clinical strategies, market landscape, and competitive developments to inform the business. Prioritise customer-focused initiatives and field responsibilities whilst balancing project and administrative tasks. Exhibit strong organisational and interpersonal skills alongside sound judgment in all tasks. Collaborate or lead large-scale projects, demonstrating effective partnership skills. ITS ALL ABOUT YOUYou will have a genuine passion and drive to work within this exciting and dynamic therapeutic area. Your ability to build trusted partnerships, grasp complex disease areas quickly and critically analyse clinical data, combined with your exceptional engagement and communication skills will ensure your success in this role. You will have a good understanding of clinical research, data analysis, clinical landscape, publications, and well-developed commercial acumen from cross functional collaboration. You will need to be comfortable and experienced in establishing relationships and communicating with external stakeholders including global and national experts. This is a field-based role and travel of ~50% will be required. Qualifications: Medical/Pharmacy/Life science qualifications, advanced degree (Medical Degree, Ph D) is required. At least 3 years prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential, with experience as an MSL or similar customer facing role strongly preferred.
