As we continue to build our pipeline and support successful launches of new products in Immunology, we are looking for a highly motivated relationship driver to join the Medical and Scientific Affairs Team in the role of Senior MSL where you will represent the scientific face of the company, engaging in communication with healthcare practitioners to translate the latest scientific and clinical evidence into clinical practice.You will be responsible to build strong, trusted peer-level relationships with Thought Leaders, Clinical investigators and Healthcare Decision Makers. You will collaborate externally and internally to identify actionable insights and help shape current and future treatment landscape of J&J's products in Immunology, ultimately improving patient outcomes.RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish and maintain trusted, scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other HCPs, serving as a resource, responding to research, educational and clinical practice needs that support therapeutic and business priorities.Communicate clinical and scientific data at peer level, translating the evidence to address clinical needs and drive patients' outcomes.Identify and address medical education needs by providing educational presentations, responding to unsolicited medical information requests and assisting in the development of medical educational activities.Develop, maintain and implement KOL Engagement plans.Partner with investigators on submission and initial assessment of investigator-initiated study concepts, providing scientific and clinical expertise to support clinical trial initiatives in line with Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.Work as part of a broader cross-functional team to align scientific and medical strategies and deliver value to our customers and patients.Medical/Pharmacy/Life science qualifications, advanced degree (Medical Degree, PhD) required.Prior experience as an MSL essential.Immunology background, with deep scientific and/or clinical knowledge strongly preferred.Genuine passion and drive to work within this exciting and dynamic therapeutic area. Ability to build trusted partnerships, grasp multiple complex disease areas quickly and critically analyse clinical data combined with exceptional engagement and communication skills will ensure success in this role.Good understanding of clinical research, data analysis, clinical landscape, publications, and well-developed commercial acumen from cross functional collaboration. Comfortable and experienced in communicating with external stakeholders including global and national experts.
