SENIOR MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST We are looking for a Senior Receptionist team member (with the potential to grow into an Assistant Manager role) to fill a part time position 20-25 hours per week which could grow to a full-time role. The position will be mainly based at our Wembley and Osborne Park clinics, occasional relief maybe required at the other clinic. This role will have some early starts (as early as 8am) and late finishes (as late as 7pm), the role will be immediate start. This role will suit someone who has the flexibility to alter shifts as to the needs of the clinic for that week and work weekends.
Key Reception/Administrator Duties Scheduling patient appointments and diary management for four clinics, using cliniko. Greeting and registering patients. General administrative duties & light cleaning. Generating patient accounts and invoices. Processing EFT payments and medical fund rebates through Hicaps machine End of day payment reconciliation using HICAPS & Cliniko. Assisting Practitioners where practical to ensure smooth running of clinic. Data entry of patient information. Answering phone enquiries for all four clinics. Liaise with GP's and other entities to follow up referrals, reports, insurance details for patient. Working with the Practice Manager to overlook and manager schedules Required Skills Prior reception/ admin experience. Knowledge of cliniko and Hicaps advantageous but not necessary. Experience in a previous Allied Health industry preferred. Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task accordingly. Immaculate, professional grooming and presentation. High levels of self-management and organisational skills. Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with patients, practitioners and other staff. Hours and Remuneration to be discussed in interview based on candidate and experience.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST For our Wembley, Osborne Park and Maddington clinics We are looking for: 1 x Full time or Part time Remedial Massage therapist 1 x Part time Remedial Massage therapist 1 x Casual or Weekend Remedial Massage therapist Benefits of the Role Existing patient base ready for handover Flexible working hours for work / life balance Guaranteed full time hours Allowance towards professional development Signing Bonus for suitable candidates Sponsorship available for suitable candidate Options of Base Salary / Hourly rate with commission OR as a subcontractor receiving a percentage of revenue. Essential Criteria Diploma in Remedial Massage (HLT52015) with registration with approved association (ability to acquire provider numbers) Ability to communicate effectively with patients and administration Ability to perform effectively and cross-collaborate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Ability to deliver quality sport, remedial soft and deep tissue massage services within timely manner High levels of self-management and organization skills Commitment to continuing professional development To work in our multiple locations to commence. Desirable Criteria Experience in a clinic-based setting. Immediate start is preferred Driver's licence preferred Dry needling qualification desirable.
