That's what we call our teams here, because, well...Hatched!As a senior media executive at Hatched, you're the go-to support for your nest when it comes to the administrative tasks that go with the implementation and delivery of a client's campaign.

Our offices are dog friendly and close to some of the best that Windsor has to offer; cafes, public transport, cinemas and importantly great bars and restaurants.Hatchlings get 5 paid wellbeing days per year and 2 days paid for volunteering*.
We offer flexibility, so you can work from anywhere, but we love to see you in the office for 3 days each week and every Tuesday for our all staff catch up.Every Thursday before payday, lunch is on us!
We all take a break to have lunch together in the office, then follow lunch with Good Thursday, Great Talks, where a few Hatchlings take to the microphone with a mini-talk on any topic they like.

And we encourage positive change through 4 committees dedicated to creating impact.The committees at Hatched:The Belongings and Connections Team are dedicated to initiatives for Diversity, Equity & InclusionThe Green Team keep us green, sustainable and moving towards a more environmentally friendly way of workingThe Shadow Board are a group of young stars who are empowered to be the voice of the agency and make recommendations for change to the executive teamAnd lastly, the Hatched Social Committee plan the best events for our Hatchlings to keep us connected and inspired.Core Responsibilities · Understand clients' business objectives and relevant strategies to deliver on those.· Ensure the client brief is delivered and brought to plan alongside key performance criteria, including budgets and targets or goals.· Maintain relationships with key media partners and your team at Hatched.· Timely and accurate monitoring and reporting to ensure the campaign is on track to delivering performance criteria.· Can traffic online campaigns effectively.· Ensure we continually seek to experiment, improve, and create new ideas.Core Skills & Experience· 2 years of relevant media reporting and implementation experience.
Previous experience with buying offline and online channels.· You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintaining calm and consistency, while also upholding our excellence in service in a professional manner.· A self-starter, great communicator, and problem solver.
Core Competencies· Energetic and positive.· Analytical and data driven.· Ability to problem solve and think critically.· Strong communication and relationship building skills.· Time management and organisational skills.Client service & managementBe a key contact to the client for any campaign implementation and finance administration related tasks.Maintain relationships with client' creative agency and manage the communication on material instructions and deadlines.Maintain strong relationships with publishers, ensuring that our campaigns are implemented and delivered on time and to the highest qualityCommercialsAll media activity to be loaded accurately into Spectra monthly.Responsible for end of month check to cross check schedules with media plans to ensure everything is matched and aligned.Confirm end of month completion with manager/execChecking monthly proformas.QualificationsStrong communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyKnowledge of digital marketing trends and toolsExperience in the media industry is a plus but not a requirementBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field, appreciated but not necessary.
