Carry out independently design/review/assurance on Projects.Drive business development and be responsible for work winning, identify the next opportunities and support the win of the opportunities.Bid preparation and submittals as required, support section leader, project managers in the delivery of financially successful projects.Develop and maintain strong key client relationships – act as a trusted advisor to a select group of Jacobs key clients across the public and private sector.Maintain compliance with Jacobs QA procedures, including the deliverables review QA process.Mentor and facilitate the technical development of more junior resources to meet market requirements.Engage with high performers in a team environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and coaching.Promote safety culture within the organisation and with our clients.You will work collaboratively with other team members to deliver goals and targets of the team, section and PU. Attend client meetings where possible to gain an understanding of the relationships that we aspire to maintain. Lead the team at meetings. Ensure tasks undertaken are understood completely before stating. Touch base with Team/Section Lead periodically to ensure that you are on the right track. Monitor time taken as well as forward workload to ensure that Lead is aware of any upcoming capability. Meet and balance scope of deliverables with time allocation.
