ABOUT THE COMPANYThis company is a medium size engineering consultancy located in Sydney. They provide multidisciplinary services including Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Fire, and deliver projects across all markets including healthcare, residential, educational, laboratory and commercial.
ABOUT THE POSITIONYou will be working alongside a team of 3 Mechanical Engineers and will have full-time support from a dedicated drafting team. This position offers mentorship to an Associate position, support, and career progression opportunities as you continue to learn and progress.
DUTIESDesign HVAC systems for Building Services projectsConduct calculations including heat loads, pipe sizing, and duct sizingTraining junior EngineersCoordinate and liaise with various stakeholders including ArchitectsCollaborate with internal Engineers & DraftersSKILLS & EXPERIENCESBachelor of Mechanical EngineeringProficient using AutoCAD & Revit (beneficial)Previous Building Services design experienceGood technical understanding of design and the BCA/NCCCULTUREEmployees describe the company as having a fun and inclusive office culture.
