About the role
In this role, you will manage relationships, review staff work for accuracy, and provide feedback. You'll work independently with regular updates to the Director and collaborate with internal and external peers. Your duties include:
Managing clients to ensure project success.Overseeing delivery within deadlines.Liaising with external organizations and internal teams.Contributing to the company's business development function.Requirements for this role
Deliver mechanical services design and documentation with the Director. Other requirements include:
Adhering to company policies and job management systems.Ensuring timely information flow within project teams.Managing project risks formally for both company and client.Building strong client relationships and managing expectations.Conducting site inspections and meetings.Performing mechanical calculations and providing strategic design input.Contributing to schedules, specifications, and contract administration.Checking shop drawings, answering RFIs, and coordinating multi-service drawings using AutoCAD.At Found People, we treat all applications with strict confidentiality.
