Due to a growing level of secured studies and projects, Lycopodium is looking for Senior Mechanical Engineers to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the Manager Engineering - Brisbane, the Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for producing proficient and accurate design outputs that are fit for purpose and in alignment with Project and Study requirements.
The tasks you'll perform:
Providing proficient and accurate design input for the production of mechanical drawings.
Maintaining the quality of output produced from the appointed discipline team to ensure deliverables are met to a high level of accuracy.
Developing and monitoring the production of designs in accordance with Project, Client, and regulatory standards.
The expertise you'll bring:
Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, or the equivalent.
Demonstrated experience interfacing with Clients.
Senior level EPCM experience working on Mineral Processing Plants or similar capital projects.
Piping experience highly regarded.
Demonstrated sound knowledge in contract management and controls.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proven time management and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
