As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for high quality mechanical engineering and deliverables that will further develop your engineer and boost your CPD and career.
The role will be diverse and include piping, pipelines and mechanical engineering providing you with a wealth of experience and job satisfaction.
You will bring a wealth of experience, predominantly in the Petrochemical and Oil and Gas industries.
Ideally, you will have the ability to independently execute projects as well as lead and oversee the development of a growing team of people.
As well as being highly experienced in technical mechanical engineering, you will also have highly developed skills in pressure vessel, tank and piping design and be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, on small/medium size brownfield projects.
We are Agile This allows us to be light on our feet and progressive as we don't get bogged down in bureaucracy.

You will be capable of working with a close-knit team of engineers, designers and project engineers to deliver projects to an excellent standard.
As a professional engineer you will offer: Minimum 5 years' experience with 3 years' experience in Finite Element Analysis with experience in pressure equipment experience (desirable) Diverse range of mechanical engineering skills, including pressure equipment, rotating equipment or tanks Experience to carry out mechanical engineering design and documentation from initiation through to construction stage Experience working in oil and gas facilities or similar heavy or manufacturing industries Experience using PV Elite, AutoPIPE or other design programs Experience generating engineering estimates and quotations Ability to work independently on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines Degree or equivalent experience/qualification is mandatory We are growing At Verbrec, we empower change and create opportunities for you to develop a supercharged career pathway, whether it is a technical, or focused on the people.
