About You: A Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive construction industry experience.Chartered and Registered with Engineers Australia.Strong experience in designing mechanical systems effectively and efficiently for commercial construction projects - hospitals, labs, clinics, etc.Skilled with using Revit, Autocad, MS Office and Bluebeam software.Capable of leading and developing a young team of Engineers.Strong Project Management skills.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Adept at developing relationships with a range of stakeholders.What you will be doing: Coordinating and administering construction engineering activities.Ensuring designs align with program requirements, standards, codes, regulations, etc.Conducting site evaluation visits.Communicating with internal & external stakeholders.Managing and developing a small engineering team.Driving projects from concept through to delivery.Ensuring that safe & professional engineering practices are always maintained and adhered to.Other tasks/duties as determined by business needs.The Rewards: On offer is an exciting opportunity to secure this permanent role with an industry leader, in addition to an excellent salary package and the opportunity to WFH as needed and as determined by business needs.
