About the opportunity We're searching for a passionate, results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives and drive the growth, engagement and success of the VicRoads and Custom Plates brands.
This role involves managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, optimising multi-channel strategies and leveraging data insights to enhance brand performance and customer engagement across key product portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include: Lead the Charge: Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to craft and execute game-changing marketing strategies that align with our business goals.Campaign Wizardry: Innovate and manage impactful B2C and B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels—make every marketing dollar count!Portfolio marketing: Oversee and manage a portfolio of products, ensuring tailored marketing strategies are developed for each product to meet business objectives and optimise outcomes at each stage of the product life cycle.Insight-Driven Decisions: Harness your analytical mindset to utilise data and insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
Analyse performance metrics, customer behaviour and market trends to optimise campaigns, boost ROI and improve decision making across the portfolio.Team Mentor: Inspire and elevate other team members while fostering a collaborative culture grounded in our company values.Stakeholder Maestro: Cultivate strong relationships with external agencies and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
Represent the marketing function in selected cross-functional programs or working groups when required.About you What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and delivering measurable results across diverse channels.Extensive experience in developing go-to-market strategies.Proven experience in both commercial and behaviour change marketing, along with product marketing experience.Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google Ads and display ad targeting techniques, including retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.Hands-on experience in reporting dashboards - GA4, analytics tools and attribution models.Experience with Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).Familiarity with AB testing, personalisation strategies, SEO/SEM and performance marketing.Experience working with data and insights to design and deliver customer engagement programs.Experience in customer research and using insights to shape marketing strategies.Experience working in regulated industries.Ready to apply?
