Senior Marketing Manager – Property and Apartment Projects
Golden Sedayu Pty Ltd, part of Golden Group, is a large successful WA owned and operated Property Developer. Currently underway is the mega development project at Burswood Point.The company is seeking the services of an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing and Branding
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to property and apartment projects, driving strong brand positioning and market penetration.Lead branding initiatives, ensuring consistent representation of the company's identity across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Project-Specific Campaign Management
Design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for residential, mixed-use, and commercial apartment developments, focusing on lead generation, buyer engagement, and sales enablement.Oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, digital content, and display suite materials.
Digital and Online Presence
Optimise the company's online presence through website management, SEO, paid media campaigns, and social media platforms to attract potential buyers and investors.Analyse data from digital marketing channels to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
Market Research and Insights
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, buyer behaviors, and opportunities within the property sector.Use insights to guide marketing strategies and ensure alignment with market demand.
Stakeholder and Agency Collaboration
Work closely with development, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with project milestones and business objectives.Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and creative partners to deliver premium marketing content.
Sales and Marketing Integration
Partner with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets, ensuring seamless handover of qualified leads and supporting project launches.Create and manage strategies for display suites, project launches, and community events to engage potential buyers.
Budget and Performance Management
Develop and oversee marketing budgets for each property project, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Community Engagement and PR
Coordinate public relations activities to promote projects, including media releases, community relations, and crisis management.Foster relationships with local communities to enhance project acceptance and brand reputation.
