Key job responsibilities Set the marketing direction and build impactful campaigns aimed at new customer acquisitionTrack marketing performance on an ongoing basis, constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experienceDevelop a unified cross-channel strategy that aims to hit plan, and build more velocity and efficiency in our Self-Service and Sales channelsManage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environmentDevelop and champion bold and creative ideasPresent your results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to process participants and stakeholders. Your typical day might involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign performance data to identify improvement opportunities, and presenting strategy updates to leadership.
You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our marketing efforts are always aligned with project goals and customer needs.

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
