Senior Marketing Manager

STAX, Australia's leading activewear brand, is currently searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our ever-growing team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will see you lead and manage the marketing departments to grow and scale globally.

Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the Performance Marketing strategy Develop and execute the Campaign Marketing strategy for ecommerce and retail channels end to end Lead and support direct reports across Performance Marketing and Graphic Design teams Management of Marketing Campaign calendar Conceptualise and manage all EDM and SMS marketing touch points Work collaboratively with the Head of Brand to bring to life all large-scale partnerships & collaborations Management of all marketing budgets Management of all in-store activations and retail centre marketing The successful candidate will have 4+ years' experience in a similar position (ideally within the fashion space) with proven success leading a team, along with experience in performance marketing strategy ideation through to implementation.
