Senior Marketing Manager

STAX, Australia's leading activewear brand, is currently searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our ever-growing team.Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will see you lead and manage the marketing departments to grow and scale globally.Your responsibilities will include:Lead the Performance Marketing strategyDevelop and execute the Campaign Marketing strategy for ecommerce and retail channels end to endLead and support direct reports across Performance Marketing and Graphic Design teamsManagement of the Marketing Campaign calendarConceptualise and manage all EDM and SMS marketing touchpointsWork collaboratively with the Head of Brand to bring to life all large-scale partnerships & collaborationsManagement of all marketing budgetsManagement of all in-store activations and retail centre marketingThe successful candidate will have 4+ years' experience in a similar position (ideally within the fashion space) with proven success leading a team, along with experience in performance marketing strategy ideation through to implementation.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
