About the client:Our client is an outstanding WA based property landlord, and its diverse portfolio includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial, and hospitality properties across Western Australia.They are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy for a premium shopping centre, supporting both sales growth and increased community and customer engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to champion a prominent brand and be integral to a collaborative team.Key responsibilities:Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the Centre Manager and asset team to develop and execute an annual marketing plan aimed at driving visitation, sales, and revenue growth.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, oversee financial planning, and report on key performance metrics.Stakeholder Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, and collaborate on local engagement initiatives.People Leadership: Coach and support a Marketing Coordinator in executing the marketing plan, ensuring consistency with the brand and strategic goals.Retailer Engagement: Support the development of the retailer engagement strategy.Market Research: Leverage customer insights and market research to enhance marketing strategies and improve business outcomes.Event Strategy & Execution: Drive major launch events strategies.Skills & Experience:You will be a leader by example with proven people management skills with at least 8 years' experience in Marketing or Communications.
As a strategic thinker, you will be a confident problem solver with strong presentation skills.
Emotionally intelligent and an exceptional communicator, you will inspire loyalty, trust, and creativity amongst your team to provide cutting-edge marketing campaigns.
