The Role
The Senior Marketing Manager is essential for driving brand awareness and engagement for our client. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive marketing calendar, with a strong focus on the newly established Brand Strategy and Brand Identity.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with industry experience in the Energy / Manufacturing / Equipment space.
Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy Ownership : Take full ownership of the Brand Strategy and Brand Identity, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market expansion.Marketing Communications : Oversee all aspects of brand and marketing communications, including a website redesign set for FY25.CRM Management : Manage the CRM system to optimize customer relationships and drive engagement.Digital Campaigns : Spearhead digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with brand objectives.SEO/SEM Management : Handle day-to-day SEO and SEM efforts to enhance online visibility.Social Media Oversight : Manage social media platforms, particularly Meta and LinkedIn, to engage with audiences and build brand presence.Direct Marketing Initiatives : Lead direct marketing and email marketing (EDM) initiatives to reach targeted audiences effectively.Events and Sponsorships : Coordinate events and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand reach and impact.By leveraging a strong 25-year reputation, you'll work to build trust among both local and international customers, driving engagement and sales through targeted channels.
