About this positionThe Marketing Manager is responsible for creating WOW moments, through paid/organic campaigns, events, guerrilla advertising, print and much more…nothing is off limits. On top of wow moments, you will need to know how to generate inbound leads and build brand awareness within the recruitment industry. We also have Australia's #1 recruitment podcast "confessions of a recruiter" which you'll be responsible for growing also.Generate inbound leads through organic and paid funnelsDevelop and build campaigns for brand awarenessPlan and execute events to engage clients & promote the brandMaintain #1 Adwords and SEO strategiesManage and oversea all content across digital platformsTrack and report ROI and dataManage a team of content creators & editorsReport directly to the Chief Operating Officer
About youYou must have a proven track record on creating wow moments and impactful marketing/branding campaigns in a previous position. Ideally, you would be able to create sales marketing strategies for leads, (lead magnet, landing page, opt-in) processes including online ads. Story telling is an important part of our business, so your ability to create stories that cut through and spark emotion out of audiences will be very critical.
What you getYou'll be pushed to your creative & strategic limits to ensure the xrecruiter brand is #1 in the industry. We are looking for someone who is excited about the idea to moon-shot a marketing strategy to create the most dominant and influential brand in the industry.Salary between $100,000 - $150,000 + Super + BonusFull creative and strategic autonomyUnlimited resources to invest into the marketing functionBe part of a high level leadership team of entrepreneursRewarded and recognised for your efforts
