This role is responsible for leading a strategic program of work across transactional banking and driving the launch of new product propositions in our Business Banking portfolio.
The role is for someone passionate about B2B & Product Marketing.
Through an intimate understanding of our business customers, we partner with internal and external stakeholders to design, deliver and optimise world class marketing initiatives that deliver on our reimagined products strategy, to support and enable our business customers to manage and grow their businesses.
Your responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for new product propositions and positioning in market Understanding of product P&L, key business objectives and targets to ensure most effective focus of marketing activity and anticipated financial benefits of activity.
Management and negotiation with stakeholders to ensure delivery of marketing strategies across the Bank and externally where required.
You will need to demonstrate effective influencing abilities.
Build and manage comprehensive project plans and working groups to guarantee the delivery of high-quality programs of work within deadlines.
You will be able to work in all marketing channels, including traditional above the line channels, and a strong focus on digital, direct one to one communications and Bank owned assets Lead holistic reporting for campaign performance, continuously optimising campaigns to measure, track, and benchmark marketing activities against customer and commercial objectives.
Oversee Marketing Managers who will work in cross functional agile teams with core partners to develop GTM plans that will meet business/customer objectives Your skills & experience: Significant experience in a product marketing role (credit cards and B2B financial services marketing preferred).
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience preferred Strong strategic marketing experience – with experience delivering strategic product and/or segment propositions to market preferred Proven project management skills and ability to build project plans to deliver to timing and objectives.
Previous experience working with creative agencies, external partnerships and relationship management/executive teams preferred Previous experience working within a matrix organisation, with multiple stakeholders in differing divisions preferred If this sounds like you, please apply now!
