The Senior Marketing Manager – Business and Motoring is responsible for leading a small team to deliver the goals for NRMA B2 B and Motoring products – including Batteries and Driver Training.
This position leads the planning, strategy and delivery of B2 B marketing activity across the large fleet space (ADM managed) and the SME space, maximizing direct acquisition, engagement (lifecycle) & retention of SMEs and developing a lead pipeline for sales for larger opportunities.
There is an opportunity to assess current initiatives and develop new strategies to deliver on business goals.

The Motoring Ancillary products form a critical part of our offering and driving their performance in a cost-effective way is essential for success.
It is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role, needing great stakeholder engagement across all levels, agency management experience, and a strong collaborative attitude.
The role includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights, and ensuring seamless brand alignment.
The position plays a critical role in building and maintaining the wonderful culture at the NRMA.
This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in the office or as required in Sydney Olympic Park or Barrack Place, with our team day currently on Thursdays from Sydney Olympic Park and the rest from home.
What You'll Bring Minimum 8-10 years of solid marketing experience at a middle-manager capacity Experience with B2 B marketing is highly desirable.
A graduate with a Bachelor or MBA Proven track record in strategy development, campaign planning and management across fully integrated communication channels.
People leadership skills and responsive to change Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
