The Beauty vertical of ZURU Edge is an exciting area for growth, and we're looking for our next Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch of some of our newest brands!

ROLE PURPOSE:
This Marketing leader will champion an assortment of ZURU Edge beauty brands, managing best in class marketing strategy from ideation through to execution in order to drive business growth.
As the brand custodian, you will bring together cross-functional teams to deliver and execute global plans across the brand, and build and maintain strong relationships with external key accounts, agency partners, and internal teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Define and implement brand marketing plans that achieve business objectives
Develop resourcing plans together with senior management, and support growing/nurturing the team
Gather and analyse data and insights from external sources such as the market, customers, prospects, and industry analysts, as well as internal sources such as customer service and sales, to understand customers' needs and desires and develop product roadmaps and positioning strategies
Lead annual business planning with commercial and product teams across the business to create strategic growth plans for your brands
You will lead go-to-market activities for new geography, retailer and NPD launches
Lead the marketing measurement framework for the brand to identify strategies that are successful in driving growth.
Manage and support the brand marketing team to deliver and execute plans across the brand.
Manage campaigns from concept to completion, bringing them to life by building strong relationships with external agency partners, and internal teams.
Manage brand marketing budgets from planning to execution, with a particular focus on ongoing optimisation of activity and spend.
Responsible for ensuring profitable brand growth and deploying marketing resources in a way that achieves key financial targets.
Build relationships with key accounts, to develop and deliver strong joint execution plans.
Act as the brand custodian internally, providing a marketing lens to product and commercial decisions.
Participate in new product and new brand development brainstorms for the Beauty Vertical
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Strong foundational skills in Marketing especially Brand Marketing
You studied Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
You have solid 5-8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, launching different products especially in the beauty or personal care space
Huge plus if you've managed or worked on launches across other markets on top of ANZ
You are proactive, driven, and enthusiastic about everything marketing related
You are on top of trends and always think of outside of the box ideas
This role is open to anyone wanting to bring their careers forward and stepping into either a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager role
You are used to ambiguity, you are excited about being a challenger brand, and you have great energy!
Excellent communication and organisational skills
You are collaborative and would love to work in an office setting, as we have a beautiful office in Surry Hills, Sydney
