We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Australian marketing team, helping to deliver our local marketing plan.This role will be responsible for helping bring to life the Australian integrated marketing plan across a wide range of marketing functions including brand marketing, creative production, campaign planning, influencer marketing and sales initiatives.This role is on a fixed-term contract basis for a 12 month period, and the selected candidate will be available to work from Peloton's Sydney head office (city location) at least 3 days per week.
The successful candidate will also be open to flexible hours and will be required to work some evenings and weekends as required, as well as travel to New York or London as needed.YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONSupport in the definition of country level marketing objectives and targets.Partner with distributed team members to localise brand and product marketing campaigns for the Australian market, as well as develop specific local campaigns where necessary.Provide hands-on end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns and programs, from conception to creative briefs, creative development, planning, execution and reporting.Support the growth marketing team in defining and implementing ongoing promotional strategy including management of local promotional assets.Own influencer marketing strategy and execution working with a local agency.Provide local support to the media team to assist with localised media planning and performance optimisation.Support on key Australian brand events and activations including official partnership of mass participation events including event planning, coordination and execution.Work with the local partnership team to lead commercial and brand partnership marketing activity.On-the-ground local support of Australian PR/Comms projects and activations.Support Marketing Director and General Manager, Australia on ad-hoc marketing tasks as required.Manage the Australian marketing budget.YOU BRING TO PELOTON7+ years experience driving marketing programs for well-loved consumer brands, ideally within a global organisation.Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute.Someone who is equally excited with analysing performance data, as they are about creative storytelling.Robust project management skills, including the ability to multitask effectively.Experience managing a small high performing team.Experience with working collaboratively, cross-functionally, flexibly (across multiple timezones) and in a fast paced matrix environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail.
