We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic
Senior
Marketing Manager
to join the APAC team based in
Sydney, Australia.
In this exciting role, you will lead the APAC strategy and execution of programs to drive Pipeline growth where you will be aligned with central marketing functions across the world to localize, develop and implement scalable programs.
As the Marketing lead on the ground, this role is for someone that loves the Start-up environment with high energy, ambition to drive growth and be part of a small local team that will value and support your growth and ambitions.
Please note: This is a 6 month fixed term contract position to cover a maternity leave.
What you'll be doing
Partner with the VP APAC and local Sales team to develop and activate the Staffbase marketing strategy. With a focus on driving demand with large and mid-market enterprises in priority markets such as ANZ primarily.
Drive brand, digital, content and event-based integrated marketing programs in close collaboration with the global digital and events marketing teams
Take ownership of the APAC marketing plan and budget
Work closely with Field Marketing Coordinator for APAC wide event management.
Provide regional analytics, audience insights, knowledge and strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing acquisition, growth and retention of our most valuable prospects, customers and partners
Manage key agency and vendor relationships to deliver on the marketing plans
Build and develop a team in line with the growth of the business
Working closely with global marketing teams based in Europe and New York to localise international campaigns into APAC.
What you'll need to be successful
5+ years of experience in global enterprise software, and/or web technology companies /leading digital agencies
Experience building a B2B enterprise marketing strategy driven by content, field marketing, digital demand-generation, strategic events and data driven analytics
Hubspot or marketing automation experience
Experience in executing campaigns and ability to execute digital campaigns.
Experience in working with Partners in supporting co-marketing initiatives
You are a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who loves to work in a diverse and international team
Start up or scale up experience is ideal
Experience in aligning Marketing to Sales and working collaboratively with Sales teams.
BA/ MA in Marketing/ Business or equivalent is preferred.
